For more than 100 years, Maxion has provided automotive wheels and structural components that keep our world in motion. With our eyes on the long-term view, we challenge ourselves to think beyond the day-to-day and connect our current business with the future of mobility. Joining STARTUP AUTOBAHN is one of many ways we connect Maxion’s work with the global innovation ecosystem. Through the partnership we will participate in new mobility platforms, leverage screening and scouting opportunities, and share insights and collaborate with other industry partners and startups on important industry challenges.
UBQ Materials worked together with Maxion to explore behind-the-scenes opportunities in Maxion‘s operations that can significantly reduce the carbon footprint across their supply chain. More specifically, they were looking for opportunities to replace some of the petrol-based materials from Maxion’s wheel packaging solutions with more sustainable and planet-friendly ones.
