I am a representative of Maxion Wheels and a member of the Berlin Innovation Team (MAT). With a tenure at Maxion Wheels since 2018 and my recent role as an innovation engineer, I have been actively leading material, process, and product innovation activities within our team.

With over 10 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering, project management, process improvement, and innovation, I have dedicated my career to the automotive and aerospace industries. This background has equipped me with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within these sectors.

What truly excites me in my current role is the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities within the rapidly evolving mobility sector. As part of my responsibilities, I oversee and manage proof of concepts with start-ups, academia, and corporates. Additionally, I provide valuable support in devising market entry strategies and corporate venturing activities.
