EXPO2023 will showcase over 30 pilot projects – from proof-of-concepts to implementations – jointly developed by selected startups and our corporate partners, leading companies in the fields of mobility, production, enterprise, sustainability, and beyond.
The agenda is loaded with keynote speeches, panel discussions, roundtables, tech talks, project demos, and a dedicated matchmaking zone.

All the questions that have been asked
Will there be a live stream of the event available?
The live stream will be available on June 22, 2023 but only cover a limited amount of sessions throughout the day. For more information please take a look at the agenda.
For more information and a reminder once the event is published please head over to the application form and join the virtual event.
Can I invite others to join?
EXPO2023 is an exclusive event with limited tickets for our partners and invite-only guests – but we are always curious to meet the most innovative people. Apply for a ticket on our website! We would also like to invite everyone to join the event virtually – live stream will be available on our website. See you there!
Is there anything I should bring with me?
Please bring your Eventbrite Ticket (on your phone or printed).
I unfortunately cannot attend any longer.

No parking at the location! What to do?
- Public Transportation: From Stuttgart main station take the tram U5, U6, U7, U15 to ”Pragfriedhof“. Only two stops, cross the street and follow the signs to EXPO2022.
- Parking: There is no parking at the event venue, limited reservation for VIP. Please use ”Car park Milaneo“ or "Car park at UFA-PALAST".
- Address: Wagenhallen, Innerer Nordbahnhof 1, 70191 Stuttgart, Germany (invite-only: have your ticket ready at the entrance)
Is there any way to create a personalized agenda?
If you go on the EXPO2023 website and click on “agenda”, you can choose the program sections (keynote, panel, etc.) of your interest and click on “more details”. On this page, you will find a box “Add to calendar” below the headline. Click on this if you would like to add this program element to your personal calendar. Choose between ics-file (Apple or Outlook Calendar) and Google Calendar.
Last event you had feature […xyz…] on your website. Will I be able to work with that this time again?
You most probably will, yes. We decided to put up the website as early as possible, so all of our partners and startups can take all the time they need to invite their colleagues.
The website will continue to grow and evolve to deliver all sorts of features you need to work as efficiently as possible.

Can I rewatch the event even though I don‘t have time on July 22, 2023?
We will prepare all the recordings of the event in the end of June and publish it on this website. So if you are interested in joining specific agenda elements or would like to skim through the entire day stay tuned for our Rearview Page to be made public.
What about food?
Yes – there will be excellent catering for you at EXPO! And it is free.
