Swadesh Srivastava is heading Emerging Mobility Business Unit in Hero MotoCorp. He is responsible for sustainability transformation by introducing varied mobility solutions; focused on shifting business practices fit for new age culture, technologies and competencies and operationalizing the Hero strategy; building and leading high performing teams and enabling sustainable top line and bottom line growth.

Swadesh has held a number of leadership positions through his 20+ years career and brings a strong global focus honed by his experience working in AMER and APAC. His career spans consulting and industry across semiconductors, consumer electronics, ecommerce; prior to joining Hero. Swadesh has extensive experience in building and managing products, automation, business strategy, and operational execution. He has worked on designing and developing a few of world class products, to name a few: Apple Watch, iPhone 6, Intel i7 & atom microprocessor. He didn’t settle here, he founded Zoomtail - B2B ecommerce in the fashion space, Ariano -Redefining and democratizing Music by developing new age keyboards. He carries and encourages entrepreneurship spirit, that's where he came from.
