Dr. Antje Grobe, M.A., Managing Director and Owner of DIALOG BASIS DIALOG BASIS is a science-based dialogue organization specialized on stakeholder dialogues and citizen participation on issues such as climate change & energy transition, infrastructure & urban or rural development, technology & transformation. Dr. Antje Grobe works as a facilitator on national and international conferences, moderates strategy workshops and result oriented high level stakeholder panels or round tables for ministries, public authorities, CSOs, associations or companies on local and national level and for international organizations such as the European Commission, the OECD, UNFCCC and WHO. Her current main emphasis is on climate change, bioeconomy and circular economy, transformation processes in mobility, de-carbonization and de-fossilization, digitalization and AI, aging society, re-location of value chains. She has a strong background in the preparation of regulatory processes in dialogue with stakeholders. Before founding DIALOG BASIS in 2012, she was Member of the Board of the Swiss Risk Dialogue Foundation. She worked with the foundation for about 15 years in Switzerland, Germany and Europe. In her academic career she was a lecturer at the University of Stuttgart, Germany, and at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, for more than 12 years, leading several EU research projects on risk perception and participation. Dr. oec. Antje Grobe, M.A. holds a doctor degree in business ethics of the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, and made her Master (Magister Artium) in communication science, politics and economy. She is a trained as a mediator, in group dynamics and conflict management.
